Why the Institute exists
Ordinary life contains an unreasonable amount of unexplained behavior.
Most daily questions are too small for a textbook, too strange for polite conversation, and too persistent to disappear. They live in kitchens, offices, stores, parking lots, family group chats, waiting rooms, and the part of the internet where everyone is confidently guessing.
The Institute exists to examine those questions with useful explanations, recognizable observations, and enough institutional ceremony to acknowledge that humanity has somehow made opening packaging into a research problem.
We take ordinary questions seriously without taking ourselves seriously.

The questions are real. The factual explanations are intended to be accurate. The jokes and comparisons are observational interpretation — not evidence or advice. Dunce Dynamics itself, with its ceremonial language and imagined bureaucracy, is satire, and is never presented as real credentials, research authority, facilities, or personnel.

It is designed to grow carefully — additional material will appear only when it is useful, supportable, and clearly identified as factual, comedic, fictional, or still in development.
